PsychoMania is inside the old Translux movie house outside of Green Tree Mall, 717 Lewis & Clark Parkway.

Green Tree Mall is approximately 15 minutes from downtown Louisville, Kentucky off 65 at Exit 4.

From Louisville use exit 4, turn left at the light and proceed about 1/4 mile to Greentree Mall on the right.  

From Indianapolis use exit 4, turn right  and proceed about 1/4 mile to Greentree Mall on the right.

PsychoMania haunted house is in the old movie theater across the parking lot from JCPenny.
